How we work
At Bada valve, we adhere to high standards of raw material usage, prioritize strict quality control of raw materials, and implement batch tracking management for production materials. Our materials comply with current regulations governing substances in contact with drinking water. All our production departments strictly follow the ISO9001 quality control system, ISO14001, and are certified under the NF system.

Bada Valve located in Taizhou city, with 75,000 sqm building area, more than 200 employee. There is a R&D laboratory, complete production process chain.
Brass bar production line: enable small size batch production available.
Sand Casting Process: Utilizes bronze/brass sand casting technology to ensure dense valve body structures with excellent pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.
Hot Forging Process: Employs precision brass forging technology to enhance product strength and durability.
CNC Machining: High-precision CNC machining guarantees dimensional accuracy and sealing performance.
Assembly & Testing: Comprehensive leak-proof and pressure tests ensure a 100% pass rate before leaving the factory.
Our pipe fittings, valves, sanitary faucets, floor drains and related products in catalogue are produced following the ISO9001 quality control system, ISO14001. From here,our products are continously delivery to North America, Europe, South America worldwide market.
